Smoothie is my breakfast food and when I concocted this one it put a smile on my face! So smooth and green and bright and tropical.
Bright Green Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 chunks frozen coconut pieces
- 1 cup coconut water
Blend and enjoy. Makes 1-2 servings.
